Leak To Lower Lazy Levitating Load (prototype)

2007

prototype for solar-powered kinetic installation

materials: custom electronics, modified montreal-saskatoon miller solar engine, super capacitors, custom solar panels, sunlight, wire, cinder blocks, hardware, bronze gear pump, plastic tubing and connectors, modified 18L water bottles, rope, water

This is a system for levitation. Mass and gravity are employed in order to lethargically levitate a standard concrete masonry unit until it hovers a distance equal to its own height above the floor. Prototype for Leak To Lower Lazy Levitating Load. The system is solar powered, entirely dependent on the weather. Thus, levitation may take hours to days.
